Monarch Behavior Analysis and Chrysalis ABA Therapy are seeking RBT’s Registered Behavior Technician for the following areas to provide services

Boca Raton, Coral Springs and West Palm Beach

An RBT provides 1:1 therapy to the child in the home, school or clinic setting. You will work closely (on site supervision provided frequently) with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will establish and maintain relationships with the children and families you serve, you will implement behavior plans and take data on skills learned during your treatment time. This is an incredibly rewarding, fun, fast paced career choice!

We have positions available in home and in both our clinics

**We are only considering applicants who are currently actively Registered Behavior Technicians through the BACB Board

She is a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA) which has over 12 years of experience in working with client with Autism diagnoses. She is a mother of two children and one under the spectrum. She understands parents on their daily living frustrations and how to help them deal with those challenging moments. She has been an educational advocate, an individual therapist and an Analyst. She knows all the areas of development and her practice has been based on implementing research based strategies.
